Responsibilities
- Oversee customer service and experience for all business functions
- Provide customer service through varies points of contact (phone, text, email, social media channels, etc.)
- Resolve customer concerns and disputes according to company beliefs and policy
- Assist with marketing campagins and content creation
- Other tasks as needed
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work overtime, including on weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
